This DVD is the first workout in the Warrior series to challenge the total body with a fusion of strong, dynamic postural movements and isometric holds. Strengthen, sculpt, and lengthen the muscles of the body with this intense, deep muscle workout to challenge your mind, body, and spirit. The exercises integrate simultaneous lower and upper body movements to elevate the heart rate and increase calorie burn. Warrior combines unique variations of plies, lunges, squats, and leg balances to challenge the lower body, while the core-focused mat work flows from planks to the "can-can" to strengthen the upper body and abdominal muscles.  This intermediate-advanced level workout is for all levels with provided modifications. Music only option.

Release is a fusion workout based on postural movement and flow to sculpt and tone the body, burn calories, open the joints, and release muscle tension. This workout flows from isometric holds to dynamic movements with variations of plank, chair pose, C-curve abdominal holds, plie squats, lunges, and more for a total body workout. This workout is complete with a deep stretching and relaxation segment to rejuvenate and de-stress your body. Modifications for all levels. Mat only needed. Music Only Option.

This workout offers three segments: 
Standing Lower Body Segment: 15 minutes
Upper Body and Core Mat Work: 25 minutes
Stretching: 10 minutes with relaxation.
